HOLY NAME UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION- TAGBILARAN, INC. (HNUAA-TI)
The Association has lived since 1949. It was called Holy Name College Alumni Association (HNCAA) at the beginning. When the SVD decided to call all its schools Divine Word College, the Association became Divine Word College of Tagbilaran Alumni Association (DWCT-AA).On November 19, 2001, the school got its university status. The Association had to change its name to Holy Name University Alumni Association (HNUAA). On November 15, 2006, the Association got SEC registration. Since then it has been named Holy Name University Alumni Association- Tagbilaran, Inc. (HNUAA-TI).
The HNUAA-TI is a non-profit organization members of which are elementary, high school and college graduates with any bachelor, masteral, doctoral degrees from Holy Name College/Divine Word College now Holy Name University.
Its permanent Office is located at the HNU Alumni Center at Honorio Grupo St., Holy Name University, City of Tagbilaran 6300, Bohol,Philippines.
The HNUAA-TI is a founding member of the FeCASAA (Federation of Catholic School Alumni Associations) of the Philippines.
In a span of 63 years the Association has had nine (9) presidents. The first was Mr. Melchor Garcia. A first reunion was held on October 15, 1950.
